Facts before a first draft
Luma Living is a fictional homeware brand. Noah prepares content for products such as cushions and table linens. In this example, the team wants descriptions that are useful rather than simply longer. They begin with the facts already available: material, dimensions, color and care instructions. An attractive phrase is not a substitute for a missing specification.
A proposal is a starting point
The team uses those attributes as the basis for an AI text suggestion. Noah reviews the proposal against the product information and removes statements that cannot be supported. Tone and wording can change; dimensions and material composition cannot. Instead of accepting a whole batch without reading it, the editor decides which proposed changes belong in the catalog.
Keep the same meaning across languages
When preparing another language, the team checks terminology and product names as well as the prose. A shared source helps them compare the versions without treating each translation as a separate product. This fictional scenario illustrates a review process, not a claim about time saved or conversion gains. Luma Living, Noah and the quotation are invented examples.
