Separate facts from publication choices
A product can appear in several places without becoming several different products. Keep stable facts such as SKU, material and dimensions in a shared source. Then decide which products, languages and images belong on each channel. This distinction makes it easier to understand whether a change concerns the product itself or the way you present it.
Check a small selection first
Choose representative products before preparing a full assortment. Include a variant, an item with several images and a product whose information is not complete yet. Check the channel configuration and review what each field is expected to contain. Do not assume two destinations use the same structure just because both display a title and a description.
Review at the destination
After publication or synchronization, look at the actual destination. Are the intended products present, are the images in the right order and does the selected language appear? Record any corrections in the appropriate source rather than patching the same problem independently everywhere. A connection moves information; a clear review routine helps your team decide whether that information is ready to be seen.
